Summer Camp Scholarships

The Mayapple School awards scholarships based on financial need every summer. To find out if you qualify, you can find out your family’s income as a percent of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) here . Scholarships based on financial need generally adhere to the following parameters:

  • 0 – 150% of the FPL (full scholarship).

  • 150 – 190% of the FPL (greatly reduced fee scholarship— families pay about 1/3 the cost of camp.)

  • 191 – 220% of the FPL (partially reduced fee scholarship— families pay about 2/3 the cost of camp.)

Only one scholarship for one week of camp per child will be awarded each summer.

Should your child need a personal or small group aide, or other supports that come with additional costs, you may also apply for a scholarship.
